Often, builders have in-house architects or recommended architects they work with, depending on the design motif and budget. Selecting your architect with your builder can be imperative to the overall success of your project.
Once you have a final set of plans, you will work closely with a designer to make selections for tile, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, and more.
As the full set of plans is finalized, they will be submitted for permitting. We recommend using a private provider to help expedite the permitting process, which typically takes 4-6 months.
